You’re sober.
And you’re quietly wondering what comes next.

Join a women-only coaching program for the integration phase of sobriety — The “now what?” phase, where emotional, neurological, and relational shifts begin to settle.

This space is intentionally women-only and designed for those already abstinent from alcohol.

You did the hard part — you stopped drinking.

But sobriety didn’t magically make everything calm, clear, or easy.

If you’re honest, you might feel:

More emotionally louder than you expected..

Unsure how to trust yourself yet..

Steadier than before, but not fully settled..

Proud of your sobriety and quietly disoriented..

That doesn’t mean you’re doing this wrong.

It means you’ve entered the integration phase of sobriety — the part no one really prepares women for.

HIT PLAY BELOW

You're not stuck, you're in the powerful middle.

The phase after quitting drinking—but before life feels solid, meaningful, or fully yours again—is rarely talked about.

Alcohol is gone. The crisis has passed. And yet…
you feel bored, uncertain, restless, or quietly questioning everything.

This isn’t failure.
This is a developmental phase of change.

I call it The Powerful Middle—the bridge between “I quit” and “I am becoming.”

And most women are left to navigate it alone.

What you get-

(This is the part most programs leave you in the dust after you stop drinking)

Emotional literacy
The ability to recognize, name, and respond to emotions without numbing, suppressing, or overreacting — so feelings stop running the show.

Self-trust
A stronger, more reliable relationship with yourself. Less second-guessing. More confidence in your own decisions, boundaries, and timing.

Clarity
About who you are now, what matters to you, and what actually feels aligned — instead of living in constant mental noise or uncertainty.

Grounded confidence
Not hype or bravado — but the steady confidence that comes from understanding yourself and acting from integrity.

An understanding of how the brain rebalances in sobriety
Clear, accessible neuroscience that helps you make sense of mood changes, emotional intensity, cravings, and fatigue — so you stop personalizing normal brain healing and start working with it.

Tools for nervous system steadiness
Simple, practical ways to regulate stress and reactivity, especially in moments that used to feel overwhelming or destabilizing.

A healthier relationship with cravings, discomfort, and restlessness
Learning how to interpret internal signals without treating them like emergencies or personal failures.

A sense of being seen and understood
Support inside a women-only space where your experience is respected, your voice matters, and you don’t have to explain yourself.

A more livable relationship with sobriety
Sobriety that feels lighter, more humane, and integrated into your real life — not something you have to constantly manage.

What’s Included

Live Group Coaching (12 Sessions)

Weekly women-only group coaching calls where we explore the real questions that emerge in this phase of sobriety — identity, confidence, relationships, boundaries, pleasure, purpose, and self-trust.

This is a space to be seen, heard, and coached without urgency, fixing, or performance.
You don’t need to show up polished — just honest.

Can’t attend live? Every session is recorded so you can stay connected on your own time.

Core Learning & Integration Teachings

You’ll receive immediate access to a curated library of reflective, neuroscience-informed teachings designed to help sobriety settle and make sense.

These lessons focus on:

-understanding what’s happening in your brain and nervous system in sobriety

-making meaning of emotional and identity shifts-reconnecting to your own voice after years of override or self-doubt

-slowing down enough to hear what’s actually true for you

This is learning for integration and insight, not information overload.

Insight, Identity & Self-Trust

This is the heart of the work.

Inside this program, we focus on:

-gaining clarity about who you are now — beyond alcohol, roles, and expectations

-understanding your patterns through a feminist lens that honors context, not pathology

-having real aha moments about why you’ve lived the way you have

-rebuilding confidence that comes from self-understanding, not bravado

-learning how to trust yourself again — in your decisions, boundaries, and timing

This isn’t about coping better.
It’s about seeing yourself clearly and living from that place.

Private Kickstart Call (30 Minutes)

As soon as you join, you’ll be invited to book a one-on-one call with me.

This call is a chance to "Ask Me Anything" or...

-clarify where you are in your sobriety right now

-name what you actually want from this next phase

-identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck or uncertain

-set intentions that feel realistic, grounded, and personal

No pressure. No fixing. Just clarity and direction.

Between-Session Support

You don’t have to hold everything until the next group call.

If something comes up between sessions, you can send me a voice memo through Voxer. I check messages regularly and respond within 24 hours.

This gives you support in real time — without crisis language or constant access.

Community Connection

You’ll be part of a private women-only community space & invited to a private Facebook group where honesty, reflection, and humor are encouraged.

Yes, this work is deep.
And yes, it’s also fun, connecting, and deeply human.
